I’ve been teaching English for 4 years. I taught English in Vietnam and Cambodia before returning to South Africa to teach English online. I have experience teaching young learners (4 – 18 years old) and adult learners (18+) from all over the world. I have an excellent understanding of English grammar and I can usually help my students find the words and the sentence structures they need to communicate effectively.

While I love grammar, I do believe there is more to communicating than simply knowing the rules of a language. My main goal is to ensure that my students feel confident when they communicate outside of the classroom, even if they might not know the perfect word or correct grammar structure to use.
